Hyperdimension Neptunia is not only one of my most favorite RPG series, but it's also a really fun anime series. This tickling happens during the first episode, and the funny thing is, I wondered if there was going to be any tickling in this series at all. Well after thirteen episode, we get two. Here's the first, and I'm glad it was Neptune who got it.
